In response to the challenges posed by Covid-19, we were engaged to innovate a critical feature within an existing feedback application, enabling users to provide feedback solely through hand gestures. This project aimed to minimise physical contact and reduce the risk of infection, aligning with the growing need for safe interaction in a post-pandemic world. Leveraging advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, we developed a robust system that accurately interprets user gestures in real-time, ensuring a seamless and intuitive feedback experience. The successful implementation of this feature not only enhanced user safety but also demonstrated our commitment to leveraging technology for meaningful solutions during unprecedented times.
